If you want to use a service, we will put an amount aside as a reservation. If the final costs are less than the reservation, the amount will automatically be refunded to your Wallet.

Your reservation can consist of the following components:

Basic costs: this includes the hourly rate for renting a car or the cost of a train ticket

Service costs: these are costs that we charge for providing the service

Reserved amount: this is an amount that is reserved in advance when you use a service

A deposit: An amount that is set in advance as collateral to cover any damage and/or outstanding bills.

When using a business account, there are no reservation costs. You will receive an invoice at the end of the month.
